Our chefs are committed to providing good quality home cooked food and use only the best ingredients. Where possible we also use fairtrade products. A local family butcher supplies us with Scotch beef, Sussex hams and home produced sausages and our fish is delivered direct from Billingsgate Market, to guarantee quality and freshness at all times.

And if you just fancy a quick pit stop to refuel on the go, pull in at the Waterfall Takeaway for a great tasting cup of real coffee and a snack.
