A small, elegant spreading tree with dark green fern-like foliage that turns orange or bronze in Autumn. In June white flowers appear followed by smaller decorative deep pink Autumn fruits. Ideal for smaller gardeners. Non-evergreen.
Height & Spread: 5 metres x 5 metres.
Planting Instructions: Plant in a fertile and well-drained (not chalky) soil. Water pot thoroughly and allow to drain. Dig a hole twice the size of the pot and fork over the base, incorporating a handful of general fertiliser and a bucketful of planting compost. Drive in tree stake a little off-centre. Remove pot and tease out any matted roots. Position tree against stake with top of root ball level with surrounding soil. Replace remaining soil, firming-in well. Secure tree to stake with adjustable strap.
Water: Water thoroughly when planting then at least once a week during the first growing season.
Feeding: Apply some general fertiliser every Spring.
